Over 20 years protecting San Antonio clients
I am Mark E. Braswell — an attorney with over 20 years of experience in civil litigation and criminal
defense, dedicated to providing strategic and effective legal representation. Since 2001, I have handled
cases involving personal injury, family law, criminal defense, real estate, probate, and contracts.
In addition to my legal career, I served in the United States Army Reserve for 30 years, reaching the rank
of Colonel before retiring in 2023. My military service took me from command positions across Texas to
serving as a combat advisor embedded with the Iraqi Army in Kirkuk, Iraq.
My dedication extends beyond the courtroom. I actively engage in educating and supporting the community
through lectures, mentorship, and legal guidance on critical issues such as domestic violence, rights
protection, and dispute resolution.
